Market Research Analyst

Bstrong Technology has been providing professional Point of Sale (POS) and merchant service solutions to more than 300 restaurants and retail stores nationwide since 2010. We are looking for market research analyst to join our group!

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategy and perform market research and analyses
  • Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of business planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required and present findings of studies to client committees
  • Suggest product and service price to clients by analyzing credit card statement, POS system and merchant service Technical Support
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and develop and implement solutions
  • Conduct social media advertisement for client and define SEO for client's website
  • Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through targeting key purchase decision distribution channels and ensuring they are all optimally leveraged
  • Examine and analyze monthly sales, statistical data and report utilizing product database software
  • Collect new product information and maintain close relationship with vendors
  • Manage social media accounts to reach targeted audiences and boost sales
  • Create Google advertising campaigns and analyze data reports to improve ads performances
  • Arrange Instagram influencer collaboration and advertising material production
  • Reach out to online stores and malls for brand exposure opportunities
  • Share customer feedbacks and marketing information with the product team and assist with product purchasing for replenishment
  • Assist company in marketing, advertising and other promotional activities in this region of the country
  • Responsible for analysis and strategic planning of sales plans including market segmentation, pricing, forecasting, and market intelligence


  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
  • Major in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field required
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques, social media and SEO
  • Demonstrates clear and professional written and oral communication skills, bilingual (English & Chinese) is required
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
  • Performs individually and as a member of a team
