Bstrong Technology Inc has been providing professional Point of Sale (POS) and merchant service solutions to more than 400 restaurants and retail stores nationwide since 2010. We are looking for pos technician to join our group.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide POS technical support, troubleshoot current POS systems remotely or on-site as needed, minimizing cost
• Set up new installation of POS Equipment in coordination with other team members involved with the project
• Train store staff to ensure they can use full function of pos system and service customers accurately and effectively
• Always look for ways to improve efficiency, cost savings, and operator profitability in the forefront of training efforts. learning new technologies at related field

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
• Previous pos experience and help desk experience
• Knowledge of hard-wired and wireless devices: Routers, Switches, Firewalls
• Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills, Chinese and English bilingual
• High energy level and enthusiasm
• Enjoys and is capable of learning new technology
